The Sauna World

Finnish sauna: The inevitable and beloved. Low humidity and high temperatures for a powerful detox effect on the whole body. Open every day from 4.30 pm until closing time; temperature 80°-90°, humidity 10-15%.
Alpine herbs bio-sauna. With a humidity level of around 45% and a temperature of around 60°, this treatment helps to improve the tone of the skin purified from abundant perspiration. Open every day until 4.30 pm; temperature 45°- 60°, humidity 45-55 %.
Laconium or Roman Sauna: a place of well-being designed since the dawn of classical Mediterranean civilizations. Lying on heated benches, between soft lighting and low humidity, the body is progressively heated and the contracted muscles relax. You'll feel like you're in the Baths of ancient Rome! Open every day; temperature 55°-60°, humidity 30%.
Turkish bath. The pores dilated by the heat are ready for the steam bath: it benefits the breathing and purification of the body. Open every day; temperature 44°-47°, humidity 95%.

Relax your body and listen to your feelings...

Kneipp route. Close your eyes and awaken all your senses: hot and cold water will stimulate the circulation of your legs for a guaranteed relaxing effect. Hot water 36°-38°, cold water 12°-18°.
Footbath to the sea salts. Even the feet want love! After a long walk in the mountains of the Dolomites there is nothing better than a warm sea foot bath to relax tired feet.
“Emotion” showers. Micronebulised water showers enriched with essential oils... the aromatic and emotional showers are the perfect start and finish for a truly effective wellness programme.
