The same Chef Bruno is a loyal devotee of the vineyard and produces excellent red wine with dedication and keeps it in the Cantina del Pineta, his unique, and charming, timeless wine shop where the scents of meats blend with those of old wooden barrels.
But Bruno's kingdom is not jealously guarded, on the contrary! At the end of a dinner in our Osteria Tipica Trentina we often invite our guests to the cellar and, among pleasant chats and enchanting storytelling, we propose an exclusive tasting of wines from Trentino accompanied by local speck, aged cheeses from “malga†farms and cold cuts from Val di Non! Our chef will also make you taste the traditional and little known smoked "mortandele" prepared with his own hands.
