This is how our chefs Mattia and Bruno started to give cooking classes: the two masters of the flame open their precious cookbooks in front of our guests, ready to illustrate ingredients, procedures and techniques to create the perfect dish to serve that will leave family and friends speechless.
But you know, there's no better way to learn than by doing. Our cooking classes are in Trentino style. That is why you won’t certainly stand by with your hands in hand! You will lace up your aprons and try your hand at breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, meat, wine, apples and cheeses. At the end of the course you will be able to prepare and cook perfect tasty dumplings with nettle, fresh pasta and even our famous Grandmother Elsa’s strudel!
At the end of the course you will then receive a small recipe book signed Pineta as a gift; inside you will find the procedures for creating the fabulous recipes that Mattia and Bruno have taught you.
